First login to NetBank
On first login, you will need your user ID from your contract and your initial login password, which you will receive from the Bank in an SMS.
- User ID:an identifier with a minimum length of 6 characters
- Initial login password: this will be sent by the Bank in an SMS, which you will need to change at the first login.
After entering the above data, it is also necessary to enter the one-time password (confirmation code) sent by Gránit Bank via SMS (or iSMS in the case of a registered eBank mobile banking app).

Account balance, account history and account statement
|
The balance of the selected account, as well as the transactions booked on the account and their details, can be queried.

Daily transactions completed
|
List of transactions submitted and booked by the account management system on the same day.

Items awaiting booking
|
This function is used to retrieve orders submitted via NetBank which have not yet been booked (e.g. transactions initiated after the deadline for submission).

List of standing orders and authorisations for direct debits |

Change Login Password |
You must change your login password the first time you log in. You can change it as many times as you wish thereafter.

Select Customer
|
If a user has rights of disposal over more than one account, he/she can access all accounts with the same login password using the customer selection function, and no log-in /log-out is required to access another customer's account.

Default account numbers
|
This function allows you to set, for each order type, which account should appear first in the account number selection field.
|
|
Mailbox
|
The Bank regularly sends information letters to its customers, which appear in the Mailbox menu. The system informs the customer upon login of any new mail received.

|
Sending a free-format letter
|
Customers using NetBank have the possibility to send mail to the Bank. Among other things, this function can also be used to send a request for activation of a bank card to the Bank.
